Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between clients and the Product company's technical teams, including hardware, software, and data science.
• Collaborate with engineering and data science professionals to foster customer success and oversee product deployments.
• Serve as the Scrum Master to guide cross-functional teams toward rapid and effective project execution.
• Plan, prioritize, and track the activities of project teams comprising data scientists, machine learning experts, hardware, and software engineers.
• Lead technical troubleshooting and problem-solving initiatives within engineering and data science teams.
• Ensure smooth transitions from project implementation to value realization for customers.
• Maintain ongoing communication with assigned developers and clients to streamline project stages.

Requirements

• Graduate from a Tier 1 college with 3 to 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven client handling experience gained from a top-tier consulting firm or leading consumer goods company.
• Demonstrated ownership in managing complex operational challenges within customer environments.
• Track record of independently driving project timelines from problem identification through successful implementation.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and operational challenges in field settings.
• Strong drive for action and execution, willing to work hands-on at customer sites.
