Responsibilities

  • Analyze extensive and intricate datasets to discern trends, patterns, potential opportunities, and associated business risks.
  • Collaborate with Product, Business, SCM, and Credit teams to address data-centric business challenges.
  • Create and sustain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools utilizing various BI tools.
  • Construct and enhance advanced SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, analysis, and reporting purposes.
  • Conduct exploratory and ad-hoc analyses to aid in business and product decision-making.
  • Translate business needs into analytical frameworks and offer data-driven recommendations.
  • Monitor key business and product metrics, identifying variances and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Assist in decision-making processes through quantitative analysis and structured problem resolution.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of practical experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Decision Science, or a comparable analytical function.
  • Graduated in 2023 or 2024 with a strong academic background.
  • A solid foundation in Decision Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
  • Proficiency in SQL, including complex queries, joins, subqueries, and analytical functions.
  • Familiarity with any BI or Data Visualization tool such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on data-driven methodologies.
  • Strong capabilities to transform business requirements into analytical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to Have

  • +Familiarity with Python for data analysis or automation tasks.
  • +Experience with AI or GenAI tools for enhancing analytics and productivity.
  • +Prior knowledge of working within SCM, Credit, Lending, FinTech, or similar sectors.
  • +Exposure to environments like startups or fast-paced product teams.
  • +Experience with A/B testing, forecasting, and statistical methodologies.
