Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable and efficient applications that enhance user experience.
• Collaborate closely with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Take ownership of the entire development cycle from concept to deployment and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in both the frontend and backend to ensure optimal performance.
• Ensure the security and integrity of financial transactions and user data within the application.
• Continuously evaluate and improve system architecture and performance as the user base grows.
• Contribute to code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high quality standards.

Requirements

• You have successfully launched a consumer-facing application that has real user engagement.
• Proficiency in either React Native or Flutter for mobile app development is essential.
• Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js or Python is required.
• Demonstrated understanding of payment systems, wallets, and maintaining financial transaction integrity.
• You possess a strong system-thinking mindset and take ownership of problems from start to finish.
• Adaptability in navigating ambiguity and delivering results in a fast-paced environment is vital.
• A track record of collaborating effectively within a small team to achieve shared goals is necessary.

Nice to Have

• +Familiarity with cloud services like AWS or Google Cloud can be advantageous.
