Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire technology stack from onboarding to collections, ensuring alignment with product scaling.
• Develop a machine-readable knowledge base to enhance the AI capabilities within the engineering function.
• Establish a seamless code review pipeline that integrates AI-assisted tools for improved efficiency.
• Design and implement training programs for developer onboarding aimed at fostering best practices.
• Lead initiatives to continually improve the skill set of the engineering team as the product evolves.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering with at least 2 years in a leadership or architectural role.
• Proficiency in Python, Django, and React Native with strong hands-on experience.
• In-depth knowledge of AWS and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with both SQL and NoSQL database management systems.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and API design methodologies.

Nice to Have

• +Exposure to reconciliation or payment flow infrastructure within a fintech or digital lending context.
• +Familiarity with the complete loan lifecycle and its critical aspects.
• +Experience utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs) as effective engineering tools.
• +Strong opinions on the nuances of AI-assisted development.
