Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and development of a Java-based backend platform, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Oversee the creation of RESTful and gRPC APIs, while implementing microservices and event-driven systems.
- Architect solutions that efficiently process high-volume data streams from various industrial sensors and cameras.
- Make critical technology decisions while maintaining coding standards and documentation.
- Establish and enforce API design guidelines to ensure compatibility and versioning across services.
- Champion production engineering practices to ensure system observability and incident response.
- Manage full-stack product development by translating business requirements into technical deliverables.
- Collaborate with frontend teams to ensure seamless user experiences and integrated functionalities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in backend development using Java 21+ and Spring Boot 4.x.
- Strong understanding of SaaS architectures with a focus on performance and scalability.
- Demonstrated experience with microservices, APIs, and event-driven architectures.
- Familiarity with message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ for real-time data processing.
- Proficient in database technologies including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
