Requirements

• A minimum of 3-5 years of software development experience is essential.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies is required.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python for AI/ML development is a must.
• A strong understanding of foundational machine learning concepts is necessary.
• Experience with model training, validation, and deployment pipelines is critical.
• Demonstrated team leadership experience is important for mentoring role.

Nice to Have

• +Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices such as MLflow or Kubeflow.
