Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced security automation workflows to streamline incident response efforts.
• Design and maintain complex playbooks and integrations on various SOAR platforms to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze security needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Integrate diverse security tools, ensuring seamless functionality and data flow across systems.
• Normalize and transform vendor-specific data to adhere to industry-standard schemas.
• Utilize programming skills to enhance security automation processes and API integrations.
• Document and communicate workflows, processes, and outcomes to stakeholders effectively.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, solutions architecture, or security automation.
• Hands-on experience working within a Security Operations Center (SOC) or as part of a Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP).
• Proven ability to create incident response workflows and security automation solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript for security-related development tasks.
• Experience integrating various security technologies including SIEM, EDR/XDR, and cloud security tools.

Nice to Have

• +Familiarity with multiple SOAR platforms, with experience in Cortex XSOAR or Splunk SOAR being advantageous.
• +Experience in developing dashboards and reporting tools for security insights.
• +Knowledge of AI-assisted technologies and their application in security workflows.
