Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with the CEO and n-1 leadership team on strategic priorities.
• Oversee the journey to IPO, ensuring operational and reporting rigor throughout.
• Lead major functions such as Customer Success, Product Delivery, or Growth/Marketing.
• Drive CEO's top-priority initiatives across diverse teams including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Represent the CEO in internal and external forums to ensure consistent messaging.
• Cultivate team alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Develop frameworks for assessing project performance and success metrics.

Requirements

• Possess over 6 years of experience, ideally in top-tier consulting or a similar role in a high-growth startup.
• Hold a degree from a Tier 1 college and preferably an MBA from IIM – A/B/C.
• Exhibit a strong ownership mindset with proven end-to-end project management experience.
• Demonstrate excellent analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills suitable for high-stakes discussions.
• Bring client handling experience, preferably from a top consulting engagement.
• Have prior experience in an early-stage startup or in initiating projects from the ground up.
